MV Total House Remodeling LLC was founded in Destin in 2024 by Michel Aguilar González, after years of working in construction and remodeling. Quality, commitment and care are not a slogan for us. They are how we decide to do every job, residential or commercial.
How Michel got here
Michel’s relationship with construction started when he was a kid, helping and learning alongside masons and tradesmen in his home country. As he grew up he kept building skills working on his own house, and he studied electricity, which gave him a technical foundation to add to the trade.
He later lived and worked in Spain, still in construction, and then moved to the United States, where he continued in residential and commercial construction and remodeling.
After years of working, learning different trades and gaining experience in remodeling, he decided to go independent. In 2024 he founded MV Total House Remodeling LLC: a company where he could apply all of that experience with direct control over the quality, the details and the attention every client receives.
A small team, on purpose
We keep the group compact because it lets us be directly involved in each project, stay in close communication with you and control the quality and the details of every job. Depending on what a project needs, we also rely on specialized contractors, and we stay responsible for the result.

For us it is not about finishing a job. It is about doing it correctly, taking care of the details and ending with a result we can feel proud of.
Commitment
When we commit to something, we do everything possible to keep our word. We want you to be able to trust us from the start of the project to the final handover.
Care
We treat every project as if it were our own home. We look after the property, pay attention to the small things, look for solutions when a problem appears and deliver each job the way we would like to receive it.
We find a way.
Something that says a lot about how we work: we do not settle easily for “it can’t be done”. When a challenge appears, we look for alternatives, study the options and make the effort to find a solution. Many clients come to us with an idea, or the dream of transforming a space, and our goal is to do everything possible to turn that vision into reality, always keeping the quality and doing things right.

We listen first. When the project calls for it, we visit the property to check conditions, take measurements and define the scope with you. Then you get a detailed proposal, usually within 2 to 3 business days. The estimate on the first visit is free.
