MV Total House Remodeling LLC, based in Destin, FL, serving the Florida Panhandle, from Panama City to Pensacola and north to Crestview.

The content of this site is general information about our services. Examples, project descriptions and any timing mentioned are illustrative and can change with site conditions, materials, approvals and scope. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, quote or contract. The only binding terms are those in a written agreement signed by you and us.

The estimate is free on the first visit; additional visits may be charged. Requesting an estimate, a site visit or a proposal does not obligate you to proceed. A written proposal is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to a signed agreement, site conditions, any approvals the property requires, and material availability. The price in a proposal corresponds to the scope described in it; work outside that scope, changes you request or conditions that could not be identified beforehand are discussed with you before we proceed and documented for your approval.

MV Total House Remodeling LLC carries general liability insurance; a certificate is available on request. Any warranty that applies to a project depends on the type of project, the scope of work and the materials used, and is set out in the written agreement for that project. Nothing on this site extends or replaces it.

You confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it, for example photos of a property you own or are authorized to alter. Do not use the form to send spam, unlawful content or someone else’s personal information. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to MV Total House Remodeling LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape or reuse content without our written permission.

Links and embedded maps lead to services we do not control, including Google Maps and Google reviews. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any obligation in a contract signed with you.

Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Okaloosa County, Florida.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
