Information you give us. When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, the type of project, your preferred timeline, and any details or photos you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to run and protect the site. Pages that embed a Google map load content from Google, which may set cookies and collect data under Google’s privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

• To reply to your request and schedule a call or a site visit.
• To prepare, send and follow up on your estimate.
• To keep records of the work we do together, including agreements, approved changes and any warranty records.
• To protect the site from abuse and to meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.

Only as needed for the purposes above:

• With service providers that host the site and deliver your request to us: Vercel hosts the site and Resend delivers the estimate form to our inbox by email. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• With building or homeowner associations, suppliers and the independent contractors we work with, when a project you have engaged us for requires it.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

If you give us your number, we may call or text you about your request or project. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. Message and data rates may apply.

For as long as needed to handle your request. If we do work for you, for the life of the project and its warranty period, plus the time Florida law requires us to keep business records. Server logs are kept for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

Email MV.totalhouseremodeling@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy. We answer within 30 days. We may keep what the law or a signed contract requires us to keep, such as contracts and warranty records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or email is fully secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as government identification numbers or payment details through the form.

This site is for adults planning work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This site links to Google Maps and our Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we say so here.
